register with the U.S. State Department.
Enforced by the Department of State, ITAR is a set
of regulations controlling the export and import of
defense-related materials. It restricts sensitive
information and technologies only to be shared with
US Persons, unless special approval is acquired.

attaining ITAR registration. ITAR registration
